1:1 Work Mapping Experience
A private 2-hour assessment and experiential session designed to explore where your nervous system may still be operating from survival patterns beneath conscious awareness.
The Somatic Ceiling is reached when your body can no longer sustain the cost of constant protection, hypervigilance, over-functioning, emotional management, or adaptation.
For many high-functioning women in technical careers, the thinking mind keeps pushing forward while the body carries the cost.
That cost may show up as anxiety, disrupted sleep, gut reactivity, chronic tension, numbness, or exhaustion that rest alone does not resolve.
The Mapping explores whether your body, nervous system, and subconscious are still operating from an older survival map beneath conscious awareness, and what that may be costing you today.
Part 1: Preparing the System
Before the session, you'll complete a short reflective questionnaire designed to prepare your subconscious for clarity during our work.
Part 2: Your Survival Mapping
Together, we identify which of the 9 survival patterns may still be shaping how you work, respond, relate, protect, and function under pressure — and how your body may be signalling that it has reached its Somatic Ceiling.
Part 3: Introduction to SMGI®
I will introduce you to the 4 Essential Steps: a body-mind-subconscious connected experience designed to help you understand how SMGI® works.
By the end of the session, you'll have greater clarity about whether deeper integration work feels aligned for you, what that pathway could look like, and the next most appropriate step for your system

FAQ
No. The Somatic Ceiling Mapping is an assessment and experiential session designed to create clarity around the patterns currently operating in your system.
Some people experience immediate insight, emotional clarity, or a stronger connection to their internal experience. For others, the session primarily clarifies whether deeper integration work feels aligned.
Intellectual understanding and embodied integration are not always the same thing.
Many people can explain their patterns clearly while still experiencing automatic emotional, behavioural, or nervous system responses underneath that awareness.
The Mapping helps identify where those deeper patterns may still be operating and creates a direct experience of how subconscious and body-level responses interact.
