What To Expect

Each session lasts approximately 2 hours and can be in-person, by phone, or via zoom conference.

The initial session features a comprehensive interview and subconscious priming to clearly define your goals and lay the foundation for future Interactive Inner Journeying. You’ll be introduced to the 4 Essential Mind-Body Skills and receive a downloadable 5-minute audio and PDF guide via email. These valuable resources are designed to fortify and balance your mind-body connection and nervous system, boosting the effectiveness of your sessions and accelerating your progress.

In the second session, we’ll review the natural changes you’ve noticed in your body, mind, and life, along with your experience with the 4 Essential Mind-Body Skills. We’ll begin by connecting you to inner resources of beauty, strength, support, and comfort. You’ll learn how to understand and utilize these resources to achieve your goals. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to clear any subconscious material that doesn’t support your objectives

In the third session, we’ll review the ongoing changes you’ve observed and discuss your home practices, if you completed any. We’ll start by connecting you to inner resources, then clear any subconscious clutter that arises. Next, we’ll invite any part of you seeking attention to come into awareness. I’ll guide you through a gentle dialogue with this inner part (or fragment) and help you integrate it, often referred to as “soul retrieval.” These fragments are crucial, as they represent parts of ourselves that have held onto deep subconscious burdens.

In the fourth session, we begin with a check-in to evaluate the changes you’re experiencing. We’ll clarify your current desires and intentions, then proceed with inward dialogue to connect with additional inner resources and clear more subconscious obstacles. Sometimes, subconscious seeding is introduced to support desired changes in your health, relationships, and career. We also create custom seed words for your at-home practice to embed in your subconscious.

In the fifth session, we start with a check-in to evaluate the changes you’ve observed. We’ll clarify your current desires and intentions, then proceed with inward dialogue to connect with additional inner resources and clear more subconscious obstacles. You’ll have the opportunity to express your authentic voice, even if you couldn’t in the outer world. This etheric plane communication in your inner world will impact your outer world, leading to real-life changes. A unique-to-you gratitude practice may also be introduced and customized for your at-home use.

The sixth session closes the loop and completes the work we have done so far. We will integrate additional fragments that have splintered away but are still within your psyche. We all experience internal fragmentation, but these little-known, yet simple processes can help you achieve wholeness. This session prepares you for what’s next, whether on your own or with continued facilitation.

This is a gentle quantum leap and a life-changing part of the work.
